Being the part-time geek I am, I bring you shearable shareable Star Wars dreamsheep!

Two Jedi for those of you of a Light Side affiliation (I personally imagine them to be Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan, but then I'm biased that way ;), and a Sith sheep for when the darker moods take you.

ETA: And a purple lightsabre Mace Windu!sheep too!



Of course I'm already plotting Star Wars alien!sheep, but am not sure I can pull that off at this cute little scale... Aayla Secura!sheep, anyone? Kit Fisto!sheep? Shaak Ti!sheep?

The world needs more sheep with tentacles, that's for sure.

Also also, can I just say I'm impressed you're managing to whip up fannish enthusiasm for Livy of all writers? I still remember with a bone-deep shudder the time I wasted reading him in the original Latin back in my college days.

Two dozen words for slushy snow, is what we used to say, and then he passes up the interesting bit about the vinegar and the limestone in one sentence (a long one, but hey.)! The chemistry major in me was highly unimpressed :)

*grins* I wouldn't say I whipped up too much enthusiasm for him. He only got a 2/5 rating; even Sallust got 3/5. Not sure what Seutonius and Tacitus are going to get; I'm taking a break to read most modern stuff about Rome. But the AU digression (no really, Rome is awesome and we could totally have kicked Alexander's pansy, drunken, Greek ass. Really!) cracked me up.

Tacitus was annoying as hell in Latin; not sure how he comes acros in translation though. Suetonius is definitely fun, especially his Lives of the Emperors. Heh. I used to read that as a teenager...

So can we expect Roman AUs from you in the near future? If so, I hereby offer my only slightly rusty skills as a Latin beta :)
